Who am I?

I’m a UESCA certified running coach and NASM certified personal trainer whose passions lie in running and weight lifting. I want to help you get stronger, run faster, and have more functional movement in your life.

You’re just getting started with running or you’ve been running for a while and you feel stuck.

Running seems easy doesn’t it? But it’s not. Running takes practice, it takes specific, progressive programming, and it requires strength training to support it.

Sound overwhelming?

Just a few short years ago, I was the overwhelmed girl.

I was 20 lbs overweight, I didn’t work out at all, and I ate like garbage. I started running to change my life and boy did I change it. But I had no clue what I was doing. I did okay for awhile on my own. And then I got injured. Now it was time to take this seriously.

What happened post-injury?

After rehabbing my injury, I started getting more serious about running. I learned. I worked with a coach. I started strength training. And suddenly, I was hitting paces and achieving PRs I never dreamed possible. All without getting injured.

I’ve been in your shoes. And I changed my life. It was the best decision I ever made. My journey wasn’t easy, but it was worth it and now I’m ready to help you make that same journey.
